We Care About Your Satisfaction

At Attitude Fashion, we want you to be happy with your shopping experience. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition you received it and with the original tags. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been used. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exemptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (such as underwear or lingerie) or sanitary goods. Gift cards are also non-returnable. 

How to Return Via Mail

  1. Send us an email at contactattitudefashion@gmail.com with the details of your return or exchange. 
  2. Pack your item carefully in its new, original condition and packaging, and ship it to us at your own expense to the following address:

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Please wait for us to approve your return. We will only approve your return and refund if the item is in its new original condition and packaging.
  5. If you are doing an exchange, place a new order for the item you want, and we will refund the original order.

How to Return in Person

We accept in-person returns at any of our local stores in Massachusetts at the following locations:

Once We Approve Your Return

  1. If you want an exchange, place a new order with the correct/size of the item you want.
  2. We will process any applicable refunds for the original order.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contactattitudefashion@gmail.com.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
