Terms and Conditions

  1. Items must be new, unworn, undamaged, in resellable condition, and with original tags.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
  3. We do not accept returns or exchanges for undergarments due to hygiene reasons.
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs are deducted from final return, including costs associated with free shipping orders. 

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

  1. Contact Us: Contact us via our support chat, and enter the same email that you used to complete the order. Please do not email us from your order confirmation email, as we do not monitor those emails for support. If you have already contacted our support chat and heard back from us, please continue with the next steps.

  2. If making an exchange, place a new order right away for the size/color you want. We will process a refund for your return order as soon as we receive it. 

  3. Ship your return to the following address:

  4. Pack Your Item: Securely pack your item with the original tags and packaging in place. 

  5. Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping center.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days.
